I am currently seeking a role as a receptionist, for which I have 30 years’ experience. My experience ranges through many industries most recently in the hospitality sector. I worked at a restaurant as a front house manager welcoming guests and assisting in managing staff. Here I was able to develop my skills in service and presentation to ensure satisfied customers. Prior to that I was a receptionist at the animal hospital in George where I was the face that welcomed in customers and their pets. My job entailed tasks like setting up appointments and creating new customer profiles. I have always prided my self in delivering a high standard when executing my role as a receptionist. One of my best qualities and a reason as to why I would make a great candidate, is that I have a clear, warm and professional voice and I present myself very well. This I believe is vital attribute of a receptionist as the role requires one to meet and greet clients, as well as answer and transfer phone calls. I fair well under pressure and can multitask. I am eager to learn and can easily adapt to new environments and people.
