1.) Select Logistics (Distribution for Cadbury’s and Lever Brothers) - (2003 – 2005) Worked as an Administration Clerk and Cash Office Administrator. Managed day to day banking for Cadbury. Dispatching of drivers on a daily basis for delivery to Cadbury clients. Data capturing of invoices. Reconciling of outstanding invoices.
2. a) Philco Systems – Receptionists (2006 September – 2008 June) Worked at Philco Systems as a receptionist. Duties included capturing of timesheets on a weekly basis, Assistant to safety officer and Office Manageress. Safety duties included SHE representative, Fire Fighting Level 1, booking of safety training including all training done at RBM, KBC’s and Medicals. Purchasing of PPE for staff on site. Also stepped in to help out in Logistics Department for 6 months. These duties included dispatching goods for delivery i.e. (couriers), receiving of goods. Currently I am still a First Aider. Also took the minutes at every safety minute held.
2. b) Philco Systems – Cad Operator ( 2008 July – Current) Worked as a Cad Operator at Philco Systems drawing office. Duties including redrawing of existing drawings, creating new drawings from scratch and updating drawings. Other duties included were document control, worked with Abner Buthelezi and Hester Kleynhans from RBM Document Control. I’m capable of creating 3 Dimensional drawings. Worked with all major clients based in Richards Bay i.e. Richards Bay Minerals, Foskor, Hillside, Portnet, Sohar and QMM Madagascar. Area most involved in at RBM is the Mineral Separation plant and smelter as well as mentoring and training new staff within the drawing office which includes managing responsibilities of the drawing office.
