Opening of the well and shut down well operation, SCSSV energies with hand hydraulic pump before opening the well, Diverting the flow to the test separator during well testing, Pigging operation,During well head visit proper patrolling, Air compressor operation, Injection of chemicals like Corrosion inhibitor, De emulsifier, Pour Point Depressant, Methanol as per the requirements ratio. Well knowledge of hydraulic system, Remote Terminal Unit operation to start the chemical pumps, and Bypass the system From RTU during flow back operation, Pressure low low / High High pilots operation and its bypass operation, Well head casing depressurization as per the required pressure, Greasing of hydraulic valves and manual valves .

Gas compression unit

Having a vast experience centrifugal gas compressor operation like start up and shut down activities. Routine monitoring the compressor for any leaking, abnormal sound, vibration and daily reading of the compressor parameters. Compressor suction scrubber, knock out drums and casing draining before purging for maintenance work and purging activities with nitrogen and after maintenance work leak test with high pressure nitrogen . Daily monitoring of Lube oil temperature, lube oil level, vibration reading etc.

Handling 3 Phase Separators, oil reading & orifice changing, differential pressure reading. HP, MP & LP Separators handling, degassing vessels & skim tank handling, well fluid oil, gas and water Level, Pressure maintenance in Control Panel operation LCV PCV operation & controller operation.
