I have worked as a waitress at Nevada Spur, in Mtubatuba. I was exposed to customer service. I learned that customer experience starts at the point of entrance of a customer and conCnued to when they interact with a waitress. It is important as an employee to know that one needs to posiCvely present the brand through them and I am glad that I learned this at Spur.
