o Enabled Server/Device SLA report for the Client as part of Business KPI for IT. o Enabling Customized SNMP alert mapping for Mainframes CA-7 Application to convert Job abends to Alert for Automatic SNOW ticketing as part of workload optimization. o Enabling ICMP Monitoring of Devices.
o Integration of Spectrum application with CABI Jasper soft reporting Console.

o Incident Management activities like PPM (Proactive problem Management) to reduce Noise/Issues in the Environment.
