JOB DISCRIPTION

To train supervisors, stewards skills necessary for them to perform their jobs with dedication.

To maintain man power within approved budget.

To liaise with the outlet Managers, to ensure an efficient support service. Solving operational problems.

To ensure a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and safety. Coordinate with Catering Manager for Banquets, other caterers.

To assist in maximizing employees work and productivity.

To always monitor the use of chemicals, detergents etc. and control and minimize operating cost.

Providing Stewarding related services and equipment to Banquet Outlets and Kitchen prior to, during and after all scheduled function Support Banquets, Food & Beverage Outlets and kitchen with glassware requirement and set up.

Monitoring the use of machine for different kind of utensils like pots and crockery.

Monitoring and ordering of chemical product inventory.

Maintains the dish room and dish machine in a sanitary and efficient manner.

Maintaining hygiene and quality in the kitchen and different equipment used there.

Keeping a tab on breakage and missing cutlery.

Inspect all Food & Beverage areas related to kitchen stewarding on a daily basis and compliance with local health/sanitation codes.
