There will never be a time when learning something new gets old for me. I suppose you could say that this is my "catch phrase", but it's a passion of mine. I have always been a persistent person who researches just about everything to be fully informed before making decisions, planning a project, managing people, how to be more efficient in my career, and much more. I also remain current on any soft skills to enhance my career. I do it because I love to learn and there "always more to know." I teach students to navigate multiple resources (not just Google). I am proficient in many forms of effective communication. I am a detail oriented person whose greatest pet peeve is the misspelling of a word and improper grammar.
I never stop until the job is done. I often work on team building improvements on my own time. I am not an overachiever. I found out years back that it is not productive or necessary to work yourself into sickness. I've learned to work smart, not hard. I am extremely diverse. I work well with several different personalities because I understand that individuals are just that. Individuals. In fact, the workplace would be pretty mundane if everyone were the same.
