Upon the successful completion of the management trainee program, I have earned the title of Waffle House (store 464) Unit Manager. Within my current position as unit manager, I identify all the progress of all activities that involve providing logistical and operational support and immediate public health needs throughout the store from inception through completion. To accomplish the duties and responsibilities of the overall support and operation of the store, that may be unstable or complex, I satisfy the need(s) by accurately determining the detailed requirements of available or allocated resources, funds, manpower, equipment, supplies, and services.
I act as primary contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with senior management to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Due to the prior poor performance of store 464, I was assigned a unit manager to primarily serve as the store’s principal public health technical advisor in following established initiatives in accordance with the state’s health inspector guidelines. I provide resources for training and employee development while researching innovative methods to build customer rapport with techniques such as point the value system and daily raffles.
