Duties:
My duties are to run the Garden Service team of 5 guys.
I used to work with them as the driver now I just manage the team.
I do routine inspections on the sites which is houses and complexes to make sure everything is up to standard.
I sign them in and out everyday and make sure their hours are right to compile their payslips. I also work out their rosters for each week.
I have managed to help build up the company from just complexes to add another complex and 22 houses in 2 months.
I have great management skills and treat everyone with respect that I work with.
I also manage all the quotes and invoices for the office and other office duties responding to email etc.
I helped them set up their HSE file and make sure everyone complies with that.
Was in charge of the Health and Safety on site and off site.

I managed to build Cansa up in our community give the needed support and got a lot of support from different towns.
We had to do public speaking and exhibitions in malls, schools ect.
I oversaw the admin doing Invoices, purchase orders, time sheets, log sheets, emails, petty cash, banking.
I oversaw the office HSE inspections and regulations. Other work experience.
I have worked for Maxton trading where I used my sales and marketing skills I was the top sales agent till they closed.
I worked at Eden Park School as a teacher grade R and grade 3 where I worked with children and could show my people skills and to work with them as a team to educate them.
I worked at Network telex where I was the Branch Manager I had to make sure all admin was done, and the drivers’ routes was worked out and that they have
everything for the day to deliver telegrams.
I worked at Mondi as a surveillance officer where I caught guys breaking in to steal cables and we had to watch over the site to make sure everyone complies with the HSE rules on site and review incidents and accidents.
My first job after school was for a Law Firm Liesel Steenkamp attorney where I was the receptionist, but I also helped them out by typing documents and debt
collection with normal admin duties making appointments ect.
