Handling furniture factory mainly production of particle boards products of approximate 48000 sq.ft. With overall size of 68 people working under.

It includes fitters, carpenters, loaders, helpers, machine operators, packers, furnishing persons, store keeper, accountant etc.

It has average monthly production of approximately 55 to 60 lacks which is of Goa, Mumbai & Pune showrooms, additional production of corporate orders extra.

I have to make the production chart for non-standard products along with the cutting chart and holes for fixing the parts.

Checking the production line, quality, timely delivery & to motivate the staff for the best service.

To minimize the shrinkage, purchasing the hardware, tracking the stock of hardware & boards, equipment maintenance, stationeries etc.

To inspect the product by assembling it before delivery so those as per the specifications the products are correctly made.

FURNITURE WORLD (PARTER) 18th MARCH 2010 – 20th DEC 2011.

Opened the furniture showroom of approx. 1500 sq.ft (carpet area) at Mira Road along with one of my best friend, which was the step ahead for both of us from doing service to our own bussiness.

With the huge experience and knowledge in the same furniture field which include working in corporate sector both of us decided to do something on our own and be our own boss.

It was the small boutique type furniture showroom of which each and every minute thing was designs and made by us, visiting cards, singe board, interior of showroom, furniture designs, display etc.

We had done many turnkey jobs, corporate orders, also company like “Style Spa” offered us to display and sell their products as their business partners.

We had brought new concepts in selling and business which customers do like, within six months we were the well-known showroom in the entire Mira - Bhayender area.

Also do we open our own workshop where we use to do the production execution of our orders maintaining our own reputation and confidence of clients.

SOP was formed on which we use to work and no person was allowed to go against it including both of us.

We were having strength of over 7 persons working under in the showroom which includes sales person, accountant, housekeeping, delivery boy, and security guard. In the workshop there were around 9 persons working which includes supervisor, carpenters, polish persons.
