Role and Responsibilities:
• Customers used to call us for creating new tickets for their queries and status of their query ticket.
• I used to ask the customer with their project details (Informatica Product Name )

• If they are new customer I used to create new ticket and assign the ticket to corresponding Engineer who handles the particular Informatica product. They used to respond to their queries and solve their queries with certain time period based on the Queries.
• If the customer is asking for status of already opened ticket. I used to get the details of the ticket and check with corresponding team regarding the status of the ticket. After getting respond form engineer I used to Conway the status in a form of registered email with us. As well as through Phone call.

Description:
Comodo Internet Security is a multi-layered security application that keeps hackers out and personal information in. It combines with Defense+, Firewall and Antivirus to stop viruses and malware before they enter the PC. In addition the sandbox provides a virtual operating environment for the un- trusted programs ensuring viruses and other malicious software are completely isolated from the host system. Comodo releases updates file for healthy PC to detect virus even when system are not connected with the internet. These updates files are periodic and it helps host system to be secure. Role and Responsibilities:
• Analyze and perform integration testing by making antivirus update files to merge with the original files.
• The action of integrating testing will be performed with different environment of windows operating system including MAC.
• Performance testing will be made by scanning the system after integration of antivirus succeeds.
• Prepare report with the test cases and release the update files to live environment if test succeeds.
• Prepare Defect reports, if updates files fails during testing.
(#2) Project : Digital Signature Certificate Management (DSCM)& COMODO Defense+ (WHITE-LISTING)

Comodo Defense+ is a Host-based intrusion prevention system (HIPS, which is designed to provide protection against unknown malware. Defense+ employs Default Deny Protection, by default refusing any unknown file permission to install or execute except when specifically allowed by the user or when the file appears on trusted white-list.Software products are either digitally signed or will not be signed. Defense+ categorizes these two different types. The digital signatures are used to identify the original vendor because signatures are unique. Signatures validity and its nature must be analyzed because software’s installed in PC must be clean from vulnerabilities. This is a powerful feature in antivirus which help user to run safe products.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Software samples are collected from the user submitted via forum, FP samples etc. . . .
• Analyze the sample whether it has digital signature.
• If digital signature avails, test the root certificate.
• Check the sample and find the original vendor.
• Software products which avail in the vendor site will be downloaded and its digital signature along with Root Certificate will be validated.
• The nature of software product will be analyzed and confirms with their vendor EULA.
• Analyze and check whether the installed product is free fromkey loggers or any monitoring activities, BHO, Toolbar etc…
• When signature passed all the criteria, it will be added to Trusted Vendor List.
• Non signed products are uploaded in FLS as safe which avoid FP using cloud technology.

• Software products which avail in the vendor site will be downloaded and its digital signature along with Root Certificate will be validated.
