• Managing with 160 Manpower and with a team of 6 reportees from core team & All supporting department including Quality, PED and Engineering department

» Daily meeting with team members discussing about yesterday issues &Today plan.

» Plan & Allocate the Daily,weekly & Monthly production schedule based on the customer requirement.

»Ensuring resources like Manpower & Material for seamless production.

» Achieving the targets as per the Management plan thru reduction of Raw material wastage.

» Ensure safe working practices, 5S Workplace & hourly production monitoring.

» To effectively implement TPM concepts

» Achieving Production Target, Efficiency Improvements and Also Involvement in New Projects

» Responsible for carrying out productivity improvement projects like (1) Set up time reduction
