It maintains 850 branches in various places in U.S. MST are responsible for maintaining all operations in Small Ticket maintenance. The Small Ticket system incorporates all the merchandise movement functions needed for totally online unit control operation. The small ticket system manages the movement of the merchandise from vendor to store through the Distribution centre (DC). This process is done by five sub-systems namely RCV, FLO, EDI, FLR, MAN.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the night batch jobs and Unix scripts and giving temporary fix for abends.
