Recruited dentists, hygienists, assistants and office personnel. Wrote job descriptions and performance management protocol, completed on-boarding for all positions. Led day to day operations including revenue cycle management, collections and reporting.
Increased access to dental care for 200 patients per week, and generated revenues of $2M annually. Educated leaders of head start, pre-school and high schools in two counties as well as K-12 students on the importance of oral health using Healthy Teeth, Healthy Kids curriculum.
