My Strengths:
Am a Collections Specialist with extensive experience in handling out bound
calls for collection of outstanding payments, Resolving the related
concerns of secured and unsecured loans / cards of domestic and
international clients. I have come up with about 9 years hands on
experience in the similar fields. Having capabilities to handle the team

Worked at "Standard Chartered Bank - Global Business services" as Sr.
Officer. Since Nov'18 to feb21.
Nature of work:
1. Handling out bound calls for payment collections & resolving the
related concerns of secured & unsecured loans / cards in UAE region.
Roles & Responsibilities:
. Ensuring the delinquent accounts are being resolved within stipulated
time period by close co-ordination with clients & initiating the payments
. Tracking the non-traceable accounts and follow-up with the agencies
referring the accounts to manage NPA/ECL risk stages.
. Proposing suitable solutions and creating awareness in the clients,
motivating to make timely payments.
. Initiating the settlements & requesting customer to settle their debts
and issuing clearance certificates in line with the bank policies &
waiver decisions.
. Monitoring the employment status & Updating of customer information in
the database for easing future transactions.
. Taking Decisions on blocking of credit cards / seizing the accounts for
clients involved in fraudulent activities against the defined UAE banking
regulation / guidelines.
