• Managed the Programs – purchasing, validation, buy-off, installation and commissioning of the molding machines from 100 tons to 2200 tons across the multiple sites in USA and Canada with installation-startup- transfer & training. Purchased supportive equipment – cooling towers, line feeders, dryers & conveyor units – installed and commissioned on manufacturing site. Purchased installed and commissioned robotic automation – inspection and packing of the molded parts with Light guided vehicle (LGV) transfer.

Installation and start up of the secondary equipment and tooling for the major secondary operations such as infrared welding, sonic welding, heat staking, laser scoring, vibration welding, screw-driving with automation, lamination and bonding.

• Assisted the Plant Production with resolving the processing and tooling issues on injection molding machines. Handled in house repairs of the injection tools as well as in some cases external repairs. Provided assistance to the Machine shop with repairs and rebuilding of the injection tooling with multiple valve gated components.

• Performed hands on Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic and servo control – PLC programming – end of the arm robotics for various injection molding applications. Performed machine repairs and maintenance of the machines ranging from 50 Tons to 2500 Tons. Dealt with the robotic automation for the various secondary operations.

• Performed hands on repairs and Maintenance of the hot runner systems for the tools ranging in the cavitation from 2 Cavities to 144 Cavities. Performed repairs, rebuilt and retrofitting of the hot runner systems, electrical testing and validation.
