Solution Analyst (Business Analyst) UPS (Nov 2019 – to present) As a Senior Business Systems Analyst I work on a team that is responsible for project intake, requirements gathering and partnering with stakeholders to collaborate on optimal customer solutions to get Visibility or Billing data in diferent formats. I perform functions on highly complex projects and provides guidance to a team of Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) on cross- functional projects. I also serve as a liaison between the business community and Idevelopment team. This position elicits and analyzes business needs for highly complex projects, determines the impact and integration of solutions to business processes and systems, and validates that solutions fit within the long-term strategic vision. I alos ensure that the work products conform to quality and content standards, and stays current on industry best practices, standards, trends, tools and techniques. I collaborate with organizational stakeholders and senior management to establish and implement processes that enhance efficiency, and improve work products for the enterprise.

Business Analyst Fiserv (May 2018 – May 2019)

I was responsible to bridge business systems requirements from the end user (client) to functional implementation of technical solutions. Client facing role where I interact with the client, Account Management, and Technology. I am able to understand the client needs and guides those configuring the solution for the client. I am responsible for internal and external validation of the client's solution.

Responsabilities:

• Review initial business and system requirements for implementation.

Business Analyst Intertec (Oct 2015 - Mar2018)

Act as a liaison between the client area and technical organization by planning, conducting and completing an analysis of moderately complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

Project Management:

On assignment to a US Bank Client under a Technology Solutions PMO. Managing technical projects from Initiation, requirements, risks analysis, budget control, execution, time tracking, testing, monitoring and controlling and closure for different bank applications supported by the department following a waterfall methodology as a project management framework

This entails Replacement Parts Logistic Management:

• Provide an adequate follow up to replacement part order escalations.

• Verify the customer requested parts and locate them in local warehouses to prepare shipment.

• In case there is no part availability, deep research is performed to provide a functional equivalent component in order to fulfill our customer’s needs.

• If necessary, coordinate purchase orders for those critical scenarios where is not possible to find a low cost alternative.

Provides hardware support for HP ProLiant Servers for Engineers Customers This entails:

Hardware support, BIOS updates, networking issues, Raid configuration (RAID management, rebuild, and creation), new installations on operating systems like Windows Server, Linux RH, CentOS, Suse, etc.

Diagnose damaged server parts and arrange warranty replacements with logistic department. Support provided was via phone and email. I’ve been top performer the last year and have received top survey and Service excellence award. Enrolled in Project Management: PM fundamentals: “Starting Project Management”.
