JOB DISCRIPTIONS

Preparation and revision of the HSE Plans and procedures for the project and activities.

Planning for establish HSE culture and implementation of HSE procedures at construction site.

Preparing of safe working procedures according to OSHAD/ DM & OSHA for site requirement.

Ensure in accordance with corporate guidelines the implementation, review, updating and auditing of the company HSE management system.

Monitor the effective implementation of appropriate HSE procedure and provide or their updating in line with changes in legislation and company directives.

Carry out incident/ accident investigation.

Carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement action plan.

Provide technical support to the management on safety related subject.

Carries out any in house training.

Responsible for ensuring compliance with client HSE requirement through monitoring and audit of the construction contractors.

Conduct HSE meetings with client on HSE related issues.

Interface with client HSE representative to ensure good relationship and communication on HSE matters.
