• Involved in the sale of the respiratory line of GSK, which includes for Asthma: Advair, Flovent, Ventolin, and involved in the most recent launches:

• Asthma: Breo Ellipta (ICS/LABA), and Arnuity Ellipta (Fluticasone Furoate Inhalation Powder)

Incentive compensation is presently based on NBRX of new products. The NBRX represents a patient that is prescribed your class of medicine for the first time within the last year. Current NBRX market share is 17.5% above the .02 behind the region, above the nation as well as the nation. 2012-2014

Incentive compensation was based on sales competencies, which involved product knowledge, business acumen, and mastering customer engagement. Sales were in no way shape or form used to determine representative’s ability to sell product. Assessments and simulations were to be taken every semester to determine additional compensation in addition to base salary, as well as costs, which were the manager’s observations on these competencies during field rides. This was the new incentive compensation plan acquired by GSK from June 2011 through December 2014. 2011
