Used Laboratory methods to find solutions for Surface Enhanced Raman Scattering with Gold nanoparticles: Effect of particle shape.
Applied FEA test to the developed algorithm using ANSYS and Abaqus and achieved the objective of the project. JCB heavy duty vehicles - Kota, Rajasthan, INDIA [May 2019 – August 2019] MECHANICAL DESIGN INTERN
Worked with multi-disciplinary teams of engineers to design, test, enhance and troubleshoot various parts.
Reduced prototype development timelines by utilizing SME’s to oversee manufacturing, supply management, releasing process, QC, balancing workloads for focus on system design, prototyping, material procurement, testing, and QA.
Used the principles of DFM to spot areas of design improvement and designed new improvements.
Used the principles of DFA to develop a step-by-step assembly processes for various products.
Performed structural FEA on Abaqus for prototyping. Demonstrated metal stamping for production and identified, analyzed and mitigated hazards to increase operational safety. CFCL (Chambal Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited) - Kota, Rajasthan,India [May 2016 – July 2016] MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Worked in Urea and Ammonia manufacturing machine parts handling and cleaning the mechanical joints while servicing.
Learned about the process of settling urea in the storage chambers.
Studied the work of dignitaries for their plan of starting new project of third plant in CFCL Gadepan. ACADEMIC PROJECTS
RT University - SEGWAY – Two wheeled self balancing vehicle
Successfully designed and developed a fully functional two wheeled self- balancing vehicle.
Designed, developed and prototyped a Segway (mechanical structure, power distribution and navigational protocols) with an infused an embedded system to control it through a phone call, using the keypad from any part of the world.
Designed the vehicle structure by conducting a thorough structural analysis and calculating required torque, rpm and related load bearing capacity.
Generated CAD models of all the vehicles to conduct a simulation for design validation with Tolerance analysis with proper use of GD&T and Applied FEA algorithms using Abaqus for wheel and motor Shaft analysis.
Conducted testing to check a user interface which communicates information about speed, current drawn from battery, total travelled distance, voltage to the motors and state of charge in the battery. Displayed the real time input from the RPM sensor for speed and the status of charge in the battery on a 16x2 LCD.
Conducted HIL, MIL and SIL testing as open road tests and thorough load and stress test to verify structural integrity of designed vehicle.
REGENRATIVE BRAKING SYSTEM
Designed a regenerative braking system used in the vehicles satisfies the purpose of saving a part of the energy lost during braking.
Designed a test rig to check its efficiency of energy saving at different braking loads and wheel velocity.
Did cost estimation with consideration of all expenditure involved in design and manufacturing. Modeling Testing Design
