Liberty University
While at Liberty, a majority of my core courses revolved around customer retention, strategy, digital marketing techniques, and all the research that goes into all of topics mentioned above. I completed a variety of projects while completing my undergrad. Most of them involved creating strategy that would increase customer retention. This would be accomplished through extensive research of appropriate methods based on specialized industries and audiences. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP

media platforms such as: Instagram,
Facebook, and Twitter.
While in college I volunteered as a Community Group Leader (CGL) on my residential hall. During this time, I met weekly with a group of five girls to ensure that they were transitioning into college well, and mentor them in any aspect that they felt like they were struggling with. In high school, I volunteered at my local church helping plan events, create social media posts for different things going on within the church, and also maintained clean and accurate files for different departments within the church.
