Year: 01/2020 – Completed Location: Lagos State, Nigeria Client: MTN Nigeria

Main project features: Welbeck Electric Limited was contracted to provide rental power to MTN Data centre in Ojota Nigeria. Welbeck Electric was also responsible with the Gas pipe line installation and fabrication to fire the gas engines. Welbeck was also contracted to run the engines which was provide by Aggreko Nigeria Limited. Welbeck Electric supervised the construction work, coordinating quality control tests and documentation and acting as client and stakeholder liaison, as well as coordinating site meetings and other proceedings. Also responsible for implementing and enforcing health, safety and environment (HSE) procedures and instructions among available and adhered to by personnel.

Main project features: The project involve changing conveyors stands that hold the conveyor belt transferring T20 limestone from the quarry to the raw mill for crushing. The Phase 1 of this project included site development, the building envelope and physical and fabrication of stands and paintings. Installation of rack belts and exchange of the old conveyor belts. The Phase 2 entailed the complete construction of bolt grouting points and fabrication of stands and anchors. The Third phase includes the installation of conveyor stands from the quarry to the raw mills. The last phase was the installation and running of belts, rollers and shooting of the conveyor rollers. And also responsible for supervising the civil work, coordinating quality control tests, documentation submitted to Lafarge Project Manager.

Main project features: The project entailed the structural design and construction supervision of piling foundations for the Generator House to install the four gas engines which are for the power generations, also there were installation and fabrication of hydrant line with diesel, electric and junky pump to run pressure of lines for fire fighting, also the proposed power plant was distributed to power the Spar shopping mall at Ilupeju, and the Cascade water resources limited located at Ilupeju and the Spar Nigeria head office respectively. They were about 45 kilometre distribution line which involve truss burring with strict road and traffic safety enforce during installation. Cable test and troubleshooting was also conducted which I enforced LOTOTO i.e. isolation procedural Safety application on lines. . Responsible for doing the design check and inspection of construction works and coordinating quality control tests. Thereby ensuring no incident within the Project.
