Over 20 years of sales experience from outdoor advertising to architectural restoration. The last 15 years spent as a sales consultant within the commercial sector. Marketing to the Luxury real estate market generating 250,000 in restoration services. Negotiating contracts and building relationships with contractors, designers, homeowners, and property managers was essential to selling over 1 million dollars per year in the West Side territory of Los Angeles. Responsible for westside territory consisting of Beverly Hills, Century City, Westwood, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Malibu, West Hollywood and parts of DTLA. Provided expert restoration services for Metal, Stone, and Wood. Consulted with Property Managers, Architects, Designers, Contractors, Hotels, Boutiques, HOA’s, Homeowners and Estate managers. As a consultant I would provide solutions for the restoration of the array of natural stone. I advised on services for different metal alloys from oxidation to refinishing. Project management became part of my responsibilities, pulling permits, schedule booms, and swing stage setup. Negotiate with sub-contractors. Manage and operate custom frame shop and art gallery. Consult with customers on designing picture frames and mirrors for homes and commercial businesses. Manage framers and designers on customer service and sales. Personally, designed unique frames, mirrors, and wall niches for homes. Project managed installations, and artwork for commercial projects. Offered design services for commercial signs throughout LA from large freeway pylons, to small architectural monuments. Help to create logo or design options to the customer for their sign identity. Regularly pulled permits and kept a dialoged with client until signage was installed. Selling custom signage to hi-end restaurants was my forte. 2
