Application Development Business Leader – Software Engineering ATM Systems Directed and managed financial transaction applications. Engaged in the complete life cycle of Business applications, including ATM/ITM (Interactive Teller Machine), Debit Card, ATM deposit processing and balancing. REG-E disputes, exceptions and returns and adjustments. Check reconciliation application supporting businesses, cash management customers, check positive pay and teller-endorsed official checks. Managed projects, planning, scheduling timelines, identifying milestones using appropriate tools, managing project dependencies, critical path risk, and post implementation support.

• Currently managing a 12-month ATM refresh project to move the fleet to Windows 10.

• Deployed new ITM (Interactive Teller Machine) technology to support our Branch modernization strategy to address both the traditional and non-traditional consumer expectations.

• Responsible for IT compliance of all security controls to protect threats against a fleet of Windows based ATMs.

• Direct the performance and tasks of two teams comprised of system programmers/analysts, supervisors, engaged in the support and implementation of all tactical, strategic and software enhancements supporting Community Bank, Deposit operations and Cash Management operations.

• Manage vendor service contract renewals and master agreement licensing negotiations working closely with our internal Procurement and Legal teams.

• Manage a $1MM annual vendor service contract budget.

• Skillfully completed a 12-month rollout to the entire fleet of ATMs converting all deposit accepting ATMs to image enabled / envelope-free units which lead to annual decrease of annual service vendor costs of

$100,000.

• Successful Pilot rollout of new Dual Interface (Contact/Contactless) Debit Cards to support payment flexibility options.

• Managed and successfully implemented a 9-month project to upgrade all ATMs to support EMV card acceptance.
