oCreate and track automated tasks pertaining to a given project. This includes seeking review and approval from the Contracts, Finance and the Solutions Delivery departments.

oCreate a set of dynamic “canned” tasks that can be updated at any time. This type of task is based on a standard SharePoint task and does not have any automated tracking capabilities.

oSend automated notifications to involved parties, such as the Contract Award Notification, Task Notifications and Administration Guides.

oAutomatically create a custom site for each project based on information entered into the associated InfoPath form and driven off of a set of triggers. Once created a unique set of libraries are created using a simple internal name to keep URL’s short and then automatically renamed using a standard user friendly naming convention. Additional projects that may be associated (Mods) will be added to the active project and use the same library structure.

oAbility to manage permissions to a project site content using fields located in the projects contract startup InfoPath form that are tied to unique workflows/SharePoint groups. This allows Site Owners (Project/Program managers) to bypass the help desk for these types of requests.
