Tesla International Marketing Campaign For Argentina Fall 2017

●Conducted an analysis of the political/economic systems in Argentina, as well as their international business system. This allowed me to determine the feasibility of selling Tesla Products in Argentina.

●Created an advertisement strategy to penetrate the target audience in the most cost effective way possible. This allowed me to develop creative ideas for media outlets such as Billboards, Bus ads, Taxi ads, and Television.

Advertising: Dr Pepper Ad Campaign Project Spring 2017

●Analyzed Dr Pepper’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats to determine the most effective advertising strategy in order for the company to reach its goal; Which was to reach diverse millennials.

●Created a media plan that consisted of various outlets that showed the cost, reach, and frequency of each outlet within a 12 month period.

●Developed a portfolio that contained various examples of the creatives we made.

Organizational Leadership Marketing Project: Lewis University Spring 2019

●Tasked with developing a marketing plan for Lewis University’s Organizational Leadership graduate program.

●Created a media plan that consisted of various outlets and showed the cost, reach, and frequency of each outlet within a 12 month period. The media outlets included Facebook, LinkedIn, Newspaper, Mail, and Email.

●Designed a new logo for the school’s program, as well as a few ads to be posted on Facebook and LinkedIn.

HUMAN RESOURCES PROJECT EXPERIENCE

Industrial and Organizational Psychology Consulting Project Spring 2021

●Tasked with finding and interviewing real-world clients to determine job KSAOs, selection process, industry struggles, company struggles etc.

●Developed a presentation to pitch to clients and class via powerpoint with the recommendations and analysis that was determined. This allowed for a more efficient selection process, along with recruiting for that specific company.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Sales Merchandiser August 2019-August 2020

Burke Beverage Inc-McCook, IL

●Drove to major grocery store chains (Jewel-Osco, Walmart, etc) daily to make sure our products were on the shelves and nothing expired. Shelves were stocked if needed.

●Tasked with hanging up Point Of Sale marketing pieces that were branded by certain beer companies in accounts like bars, liquor stores, convenience stores, and grocery stores. These pieces consisted of neon signs, banners, flags, sports team schedules, etc.

●Tasked with building large marketing displays with the product to promote certain national celebrations like 4th of July, Memorial Day, Sports Events, etc.

●Had the opportunity to work with music and street festivals in Chicago and assist with the supply of their alcoholic drinks.
