As a seasoned communications strategist, I have been in the forefront of creating engaging and impactful corporate leadership media campaigns for many of the world’s most beloved and trusted brands. My client counsel roster includes Apple, Procter and Gamble, General Motors, IBM, FujiFilm, Altria Group (Philip Morris brands), Target Corporation, Northwestern Mutual, Porsche North America, Phillips Lighting USA, Sara Lee Corporation, Simon Properties, Univision and Starwood Resorts and Hotels. I have recently been engaged to support the COVID-19 crisis in Guayaquil, Ecuador, showcase Pakistan’s leadership in the Afghanistan Peace Process, as well as work with many nations in the first virtual United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) meeting in September of this year. As president my day to day role is to provide strategic counsel with a heavy emphasis on brand management utilizing the power of earned media to garner consistent top tier media results. My responsibilities include:

• Overseeing and building external relationships with the organization's constituencies, including key stakeholders and top tier media as well as oversee staff in New York, Washington and Doha offices.

• Lead point on media interactions to promote and impact the organization as the face of the company.

• Actively engage, cultivate and manage press relationships to ensure coverage surrounding programs, special events, public announcements, and other projects successfully. • Oversee the day-to-day activities of the communications function including budgeting, planning, and staff development for the company.

• Recruit and manage communications /client teams to support the development and execution of strategic communications strategy.

• Managed investor relations efforts, worked extensively with clients on quarterly earnings announcements and conference calls, investor presentations and positioning, as well as on investor targeting and benchmarking programs.

STARWOOD HOTELS & RESORTS, INC. Stamford, CT

• Developed, implemented and managed all communications activities to promote, enhance, and grow the Starwood brands, specifically Aloft, Element and Four Points by Sheraton hotels. • Managed all development, integration, and implementation of a broad range of public relations activities relative to the strategic direction and positioning of Starwood and its leadership in the Specialty Select Brand (SSB) category including strategic hotel deals and openings, special offers/partnerships.

• Oversaw SSB’s PR and marketing partnerships with MasterCard, Delta Airlines and America Automobile Association (AAA)

• Promoted Starwood’s new technologies and innovations including first ever mobile app to use smartphone as hotel key to bypass check-in desk (Aloft hotels)
