Responsible for creating and executing Vyaire’s annual operating plan, three-year plan, quarterly forecasts, monthly business reporting package, and improving the profitability of the business working in support of Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, and R&D

Significant Accomplishments:
Designed and implemented the Reporting Package for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT); served as the primary architect of what rational data and schedules would be most significant working with Accounting and IT teams and to have these reporting packages automated and produced monthly that were both timely and accurate
Built out a cash flow model that could be managed weekly during a period of very tight cash constraints; led the process that included Treasury and Corporate Controller to assist in making critical business decisions weekly which provided the necessary updates for our investors; this model resulted in the company being able to maintain the proper liquidity during their most turbulent times without any disturbance in their day-to-day operations
Initiated and built the planning and forecasting calendar and received total buy-in from our leadership on the process which allowed us to meet necessary deadlines and build a plan that was acceptable to our Board-of-Directors

Appointed to membership of the Due Diligence team in the acquisition of Kelway, an IT Services and Solutions Provider out of London; worked closely with CDW’s Accounting team and the teams in the UK on the integration of Kelway’s system into CDW’s close and reporting processes
Charged with building out a 3 statement model (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow) which was adapted for CDW emergence into going Public, this model focused on levers to enhance EPS and stock price with an initial IPO price of $17 and now trading over $130
Uncovered disturbing trend of skyrocketing sales compensation costs and led the project in conjunction with HR to rebuild the compensation structure focusing on a better alignment of incentives; this project led to a reduction of $2M-$3M in selling payroll costs with limited increase in turnover; this new payroll alignment became part of a payroll scorecard that was presented to our leadership team monthly
