Job Responsibilities:

Manpower Planning:

Assess the Employees Strength Department wise i.e. (How many and what type employees should be there in department and comparing it to existing strength).

HR Recruitments

Planning of required employees in company department wise conducting recruitment process i.e. preparation of required employees job description, job specification through job evaluation (A & R Sheet), arranging for the candidates through advertisements and / placement services, conducting interviews & performing induction related works).

Responsible for all functions held at plantlevel. (Event Management).

To ensure the health records of employees working in Plant as per the requirements of ISO, FSSAI and other Audit organizations.
