Responsibilities:

-Conceiving and developing the procedures and plans for the project execution of civil engineering work in conjunction with planning engineers and project manager.

-Preparation of BOQ, material estimation, planning and management.

-Manpower & Equipment planning and mobilization to site.

1.Vijaipur Kota Pipeline Project (As an Engineer – Planning and Coordination Civil Works) From Aug 2011 to 24.06-2013.

18” diameter gas pipeline project of GAIL involves the establishment of a 112-km-long pipeline from Vijaipur (Madhya Pradesh) to Boreri (Rajasthan), besides augmentation of GAIL's existing Vijapur-Kota pipeline. There are 5Nos of sectionalized block valve, 1 receiving terminal and 1 Dispatch terminal Stations (Building Works).

2.Strategic Gas Transmission Project – Qatar Petroleum, (As an Engineer – Site Works and Coordination Civil Works) From Jan 2009 to March 2011

36’’ diameter gas pipeline project of Qatar Petroleum having four different walls Thickness in a stretch of 211 km.

Majority of the line was done by automatic welding process. There are 07 Nos of sectionalized block valve and 03 Nos major receiving/ dispatch stations (Building Works). Station V RLIC was the Dispatch Station and Station S Measaid Was Receiving Station, All the civil works, Mail Line Valve Foundation, Piping Foundations, Pipe Racks Structural and Civil Works and Pavements etc done in all the Major stations and at SBV Stations. Road works also done to connect to the nearest Asghal Road.

3. East West Gas Pipe Line Project (As an Assist. Engineer - Planning and Co-ordination Civil Works) From Dec 2007 to January 2009.

48’’ diameter gas pipeline of Reliance Gas Transportation Infrastructure Ltd. having three different walls thickness in a stretch of 185.4 km. Majority of the line will be done by automatic welding process of PWT, Italy and the remaining is of semi automatic welding process. There are 07 Nos of Main Line Valve Stations, Two Tap of Points and 2 Nos of Compressor Stations (Building Works).

4.Panvel Dhabol Pipeline Project (As a Trainee Engineer - Site Civil Works) from June 2007 to Dec 2007

30’’ diameter gas pipe line of GAIL INDIA Ltd. Contains three different wall thicknesses in a stretch of 156 km. Majority of the line will be done by automatic welding process of PWT, Italy and the remaining is of semi automatic welding process. There are 5 Nos of Sectional Valve Stations, 3 Intermediate Points Station and 2 Tap of Points (Building Works).

Responsibilities:

-Preparing Daily, weekly & monthly progress reports and submitting to the Site Manager.

-Preparing Shop Drawings and Red Markup drawings for effective and detailed work and providing to the skilled laborers.

-Responsible for all the Concrete, Soil, Water and Asphalt testing at Laboratory and as well as at site as per the requirement of QA/QC documents and specifications. Concrete Compressive Strength Register Maintaining.

-Handling all the survey involved in the construction i.e. Land Survey, Traffic Survey near to the Site, Quantity Survey.

-Responsible for site execution activities and administration of involved functions at site for various civil construction activities involved.

-Interpreting the site workers about structural and finishing works as per the final issued Civil construction drawings.

-Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule for the structural elements and arrangement of Reinforcement at site.
