Doing Expediting works where the Challenges / special / new developments at the suppliers. Very Conscious on controlled Stocking / inventory control, set up all safety stocks / ordering system based on the material criticality and Excess- treated as Poison. Procurement planning with the required quality and CTQ are periodically checked / monitored with the suppliers involving and arranging QC inspectors in right time before the material leaves as Pre dispatch inspection methods, and the same practice introduced in supplier premises for the materials fetched with proper QC required documents Developed all small casting s’ in Investment Casting Process in a short span of 3 months about 78 sizes/ variety.

Many Development s’ done for casting /Forging/ machining processes. Also can predict & fix the challenges with solution, right from the initial inception of process itself, this got reduced more obstacles while development stage itself and all the sizes were proven in a single attempt for all series / models of Floating Ball valve / Univalve of Y globe & Butterfly Valves.

Responsible for the Contract Manufacturing Group- Valve Operation, have established for full manufacturing operations at CMG for the smaller sizes, to utilize optimum in house facility for High Value items.

Changed the earlier version of satellite shops & introduced CMG- System established as a fully finished valve with packed condition to the company It reduces more protracted work and much Cost effective to the company. More lucrative in commodity product like Floating Ball Valve (FBV), Slim seal Butterfly Valve (BFV) products.
