● Increased observing students, find out the applicable Learning Outcomes for the students, and stating them in the report card comments.

● Developed the quality Learning of Students by Preparing a suitable lesson plan, different learning centers with age-appropriate activities, clear objectives, as well as giving choices to the kids to choose their favorite centers to explore, and having open-ended questions.
