PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Singapore International School of Bangkok (SISB). From April 2014 to the Present. In Bangkok. August 2019 to Present: HRT of Nursery Level 2 (3 to 4 years old). In Pracha Uthit Campus.

● Increased observing students, find out the applicable Learning Outcomes for the students, and stating them in the report card comments.

● Developed the quality Learning of Students by Preparing a suitable lesson plan, different learning centers with age-appropriate activities, clear objectives, as well as giving choices to the kids to choose their favorite centers to explore, and having open-ended questions.

● Successfully developed the Character of students by teaching the School Values such as Responsibility, Respect, Resilience, Independence through incorporating Values into the class rules and routines, and Reward systems to motivate students to learn the values.

● Familiarized and integrated Technology tools such as Seesaw Application to post weekly classroom activities, also having Bi-Weekly comments for parents, Coordinator and HRT of Nursery Level 1 (2 to 3 years old). In Thonburi campus.

● Upgraded the outdoor playground for Nursery level by providing more useful toys and centers, such as sand play, water play, motor skills centers.
