I am degreed (BSME, MS Engg Mgmt., & a MBA), have Strategic Sourcing/Supplier Quality Engineering experience in the Rail, Automotive & tiered supply chain. I was a team member for Teaming for Excellence initiative at Delphi – a global customer focused training experience for two years. Our team prepared & project managed the weekly presentation & training sessions at 45 locations, in 5 different countries/languages...English, Spanish, German, Portuguese, and Korean!

As a Supervisor of Supplier Quality for Delphi, I participated in weekly global quality & sourcing meetings with the teams from global regions (Australia, Japan, China, Europe, UK, USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina), and, getting all parties to work collaboratively (with emphasis on the best cost countries and linking & leveraging strategies). I identified qualified, selected, and approved suppliers in the best cost countries. I also consolidated global APVs (Annual Purchased Volumes) & linked and leveraged cost and terms.

At GE, I have participated in global Electric/Diesel Locomotive business/applications including supplier selections, sourcing approvals, supplier development, and performance metrics. My responsibilities include sourcing & approval of managed suppliers for a diverse divisional product portfolio. I have taken part in product launches and supported current production from supplier quality/purchasing perspectives and requirements. I currently manage critical/high risk suppliers.

I have a strong technology and engineering background. I have had Application Engineering and Project Engineering responsibilities early in my career. I was recently with GE Transportation Systems (Locomotives) as Lead supplier Quality Engineer in the Global Locomotive Sourcing organization and responsible for Supplier Quality/Sourcing of Engineered Systems (approx. $140M annual spending). I completed my recent assignment with Aerotek/Eberspaecher as an AQE working on a Chrysler 2012 C-sedan program, leading APQP/PPAP and Supplier Quality activities from December 2010 to May 2011.

Employed most recently for Siemens Mobility as an East Coast QMiP/SQM – Quality Manager.

Previously as a Webasto, Ford/FCSD STA, and prior, as Eaton Corporate Quality Manager.

Since August 2011, employed as an AGCO Sr. Quality Engineer (Sr. AQE) for New Products Introduction for (NPI 2011-2017) diverse Product Portfolio with estimated sales of $100M annually.

My responsibilities included overall Leadership & Management of all Quality deliverables, including, Supplier Quality responsibilities for NPI programs at AGCO, Minth North America & JCI, and including PPAPs/APQP activities through SOP and final launch phases.
