● Facilitated strategic product decision alignment through Delivery & Signals through creating the framework for research prioritization which 75 PMMs and XFMs utilized to conduct prioritization for all Ads projects across 8 different teams.
● Unlocked opportunities through compiling years of Facebook research into a literature review which outlined ways to impact 75% of Facebook's total revenue. This research fueled the creation of a new research group dedicated to the specific product space, outlined the associated use cases and behaviors to measure, was chosen for Status of the Union, and subsequently fueled 7 projects across product.
● Owned and coordinated rapid Ads product research across 8 XFM teams in order to gather signals on rapid changes to established products using a blend of RITE methodology with usability testing and interviews which impacted the use cases and flows of Facebook interfaces.
