• Handling individual C&I Shift engineer responsibility of 3*660 MW Thermal project for BTG and BOP areas.

• Planning and executing Preventive, Breakdown, Shutdown and Condition based maintenance activities for plant instruments and systems.

• Troubleshooting Instrument related faults for Turbine, Boiler & BOP areas from field till DCS end.

• Expertise in maintenance of SWAS system, Water treatment plant analysers, O2 & H2 analysers and other process analysers and detectors.

• Command over Field Instrumentation (Pressure, Temperature, level, Flow) and their troubleshooting techniques.

• Knowledge in power plant systems - Boiler, Turbine, Burners, Coal feeders, Feedwater system, Condensate system, De-superheating system, Water treatment plant, SADC, TSI, DEH, ETS, FSSS, FD, ID and PA fans and its control.

• Involved in the team, responsible for plant Digitalisation, involving OSIsoft Pi and Siemens Fleet monitoring system.

• DCS experience on Invensys Foxboro IA series 8.3 configuration tool with IACC studio, Fox select, and Fox view.

• Knowledge and troubleshooting problems related to various machine monitoring and protection system.

• Spare parts preparation, management and also generating material codes through MDM.

• Preparation of SOPs, SMPs and other technical documents.

• Supervising, planning and executing job, adhering to permit to work system and other safety standards.

• Calibration of Instruments & Preparing calibration protocols.

• Knowledge in Engineering documents and familiarisation with P&ID, Hook-up, I/O lists, MIS reports, RCA, FMEA.

• Carrying out daily check-up of the critical equipments, observing and noting down the important parameters.
