Working as a Sr. Agile Business Analyst for the Merchant Services Online Application for Digital banking services offered by Wells Fargo. The scope of the project is to enhance the software services platform by developing integrated e-Sign services for banking customers. This helps the company to provide secure banking services, eliminate bottlenecks and build a highly flexible and efficient application.

Responsibilities:

Facilitated the requirement gathering session with SME and Stakeholders.

Conducted analysis and documentation on BSA/AML requirements, high level functional and nonfunctional requirements.

Conducted detail analysis of As-is and To-be sates using CAD/SAS diagrams and baseline of the digital e-sign requirements using a RTM tool like DOORS and JIRA.
