Firstly, I study the machining process of all the machines in the production line. Secondly, I analyzed the relation of production variables such as the machine cycle time, tool change time etc. which determines the productivity. Thirdly, I have found the value of the machine specification index of each machines and the process capability of the machines. I also gave some recommendation based on kaizen and 5’s rule to increase the productivity of the con-rod.

Project Description

Made a hydraulic robot using syringe, plastic pipes, aluminium screw, wooden blocks, four wheels, one amplifier, remote controller and four motors, that has six degree of freedom. This root is prototype, can be used for material handling in industry.
