Maintain the construction surveys and quantity records

Direct the initial baseline and control surveys including establishment of bench marks and recovery of any existing survey monuments to be removed at the start of the project

Supervise and direct the field survey parties to comply with the Contractor’s request for surveys, including the checking of the Contractor’s setting out of centerlines, structures, slope stakes, etc

Check the field measurement surveys including original and final cross sections, check critical elevations, dimensions and locations of structural elements, earthwork grading, pavement and appurtenances, check the Contractor’s detailed survey in advance of construction operations, investigate and clarify survey discrepancies

Establish the format and standard procedures for calculation and documentation of quantities

Conduct training in the use of modern survey equipment

Supervise the maintenance of the equipment and involve in the calibration and checking of the survey instruments

Coordinate and schedule all survey works to serve all disciplines as required by the different RE’s

Involve in the as-built review and finalization in coordination with RE’s, site engineers, land surveyors and inspectors

Minimum 10 years supervisory experience in a similar project specific role in Oil & Gas, Power Plant projects

Must have worked as PMC position with supervisory experience in handling contractor activities

Kocknpcwork experience is preferred

Koc and Knpcand Al-Zourworksite supervisor permit holder

Planning surveying priorities and coordinating surveying activities with contractors, project inspectors, and engineers

Measuring land for building, road, and highway construction

Provide work control lines and elevations that are required for accurate measurement and correct installation of materials by field staff i.e., forms for concrete pours, anchor bolts, piping hangers and supports, etc

Planning, installing, and maintaining procedures for boosting efficiency and accuracy in land measurements

Reading maps, deeds, and other physical evidence for surveys

Prepared documents and supported survey activities

Provided accurate information for field surveys

Coordinated findings with staff, engineers, and parties concerned with projects

Pig launcher equipment and foundation alignment work

Fixing and benching marks and traversing for project

Controlling of horizontal and vertical alignment of Road and other network (sewerage storm water irrigation potable water gas street light and electrical)

Perform data reduction, field note reduction, calculations, data checks and staking computations using survey programs and AutoCAD

Coordinate to client engineers consultant engineers regarding site situation etc.

Micro tunneling open cut pipe levelling works

Experience working on multiple projects at various stages construction

Fixing gradient as site condition unless given
