General Experience

CNC Operation: Yang, Ikegai, Mori Seiki, Kia, and Okuma lathes. Haas VF3,VF4, Brother 3 and 4 axis vertical machining centers. Kitamura HX 500, and Mori Seiki 4 axis horizontal machining centers. LeBlond Makino 4axis horizontal, and 3axis vertical machining centers. Miyano dual spindle lathes. Changing and measuring tools (end mills, drills, taps, boring tools, reamers, burnishing tools and inserts). I am familiar with Parlec, Zoller and Royal tool setters. Familiar with Brown & Sharpe CMM with PC-DMIS software and optical comparators. Detailed knowledge of micrometers, calipers, air gages and various other measuring instruments. I do all of my own setups, inspections of finished materials, tool changes, and ALL program editing. Responsible for all preventative maintenance and simple trouble shooting of CNC machines, Production cells, Automated Cells, computers and conveyors.

CNC Controls: Mitsubishi, Haas, Fanuc, Allan Bradley, Brother, Yaskawa, Mori Seiki, Okuma. Experienced in programming Kuka and Fanuc robots. Familiar with automated and non automated production cells and conveyor systems.

Production Manager Experience:

Heavy Equipment

Operator: I have operated, and maintained all types of heavy equipment at both American Soils and Schroer Trucking. (bulldozers, skid loaders, quad axle dump trucks, front end loaders and back hoes) When I operated equipment for American soils I was responsible for not only operating the equipment and delivering the top soil, but most importantly in that business, customer relations which I excelled at.

Sales and Service: At E.S.S.I. and Ramco I was responsible for sales and service. I worked with customers like Journal\Sentinel, Quad Graphics, and St. Joseph’s Hospital, it was my job to keep the customers happy and establish good relations. On the service end, I would maintain the equipment that would reclaim the silver flake. I would also make sure all of the equipment was reclaiming 100% of the silver and functioning properly. This job gave me great confidence and self satisfaction.

Mig Welding: When I started at Triton, I put the decks in the trailers. I am a self taught mig welder who started welding parts for the trailers. I advanced very quickly to welding the aluminum trailer frames, which is Triton’s main product. They were very impressed with my strong work ethic, quality control and business knowledge.
