Wells Fargo is one of the biggest banks having a wide range of products like saving account, credit cards, consumer lending, asset management and investments. As part of busines analysis worked on multiple projects towards UAT providing support with business knowledge and technical support for CTM (Consumer Test Management) team to successfully implement system changes, System migrations, enchantments and introduces new processes, servicing and account boarding towards Digital, Sales, offer, rewards, application submission and boarding, Underwriting, fraud, fulfillment, Product switch, migration, review Rules in both waterfall and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

Work with the Line of Business as well as the Compliance Manager to ensure all rules applicable to the line of business and the products supported are identified so that testing priorities can be evaluated and established.

Assess adherence to regulatory requirements and laws. Serves as an independent reviewer to conduct transactional and control testing across the Lending Compliance purview areas of Residential Lending (originations and servicing), Consumer Lending, (credit card and unsecured) Business Banking Group Operations.

Analyze and understand the business requirements, System requirements, and Functional requirements.

Knowledge of federal and state lending regulations of TILA, RESPA, HMDA, CRA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, TCPA and UDAAP.

Maintain thorough knowledge of supported systems, up to but not limited to POS downloader systems, third party portals and support/administration tools, front end processing systems and proprietary internal systems.
