Project: SWIPR Application.

Description: Strategic Work-In-Progress Repository is the chosen strategy for sending transactions to the Omni record keeping system. SWIPR consists of a database which will hold transactions submitted on-line during the day and a batch process that will generate a file to Omni at the end of the business day. Financial transactions can only be submitted to Omni after the market’s close. After Omni processes the transactions, an Omni log file is sent back to MassMutual and is used to update Edwin with current values. The Omni log file will also be used to indicate those transactions on SWIPR which were sent to Omni as being completed.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include the Production and Application Support for the Database and Application Servers.

Configured and maintained the monitoring and alerting of production and corporate servers/storage using Cloud Watch.

Encrypted data on server side.

Set up Disaster Recovery (DR) in Aurora MySQL in the West Region.

Description: QNXT Claims Workflow is part of the Cognizant line of TriZetto Healthcare Products, a portfolio of software products that help healthcare organizations enhance revenue growth, drive administrative efficiency, improve cost, quality of care and improve the member and patient experience. The application automatically manages, and routes claims in real-time to user work queues based on configured routing rules. QNXT users then quickly and efficiently move on to the next work item in their workflow queue. In this project we moved all the QNXT databases from 5.3 to 5.6 versions which is Azure.

Project2: Clinical Care Advance (CCA)

Description: Care Advance provides a single platform that transforms care management into a data-driven enterprise activity. Streamlining Disease, Case and Utilization Management allows you to deliver targeted health information and wellness campaigns more effectively, while getting the most out of interactions with members and providers. In this CCA project we moved the databases from On-Premises to Azure by testing in all the environments.

Responsibilities:

Administrated SQL Server 2017/2014/2012/2008R2/2008 databases in Production, Staging, QA and development environments.

Refreshed the Databases with the Latest copy from the production and provided it to the users for their testing environment with the help of Delphix.

In this Project we worked on refreshing the databases with the recent copy of databases from production in order to find the latest claims for the users.
