I had been working on M&E while I were GSF Regional coordinator seconded in ARHB, JSI Immunization TA & WHO Ethiopia at Somali Region, in Gov’t as a health leader as indicated in my CV worked on assessments, in Planning, Supportive supervision, Monitoring & Evaluation activities, providing training on planning, follow up, M&E of activities with better resulted with better supportive, coordination, M&E skill with best team sprits to the organization.

While I were working at the NGO’s & gov’t health department’s at it is indicated in my CV and achieved with better result on it. That means my profession & work experience could made me fit to this types of work. Am a public health professional having Master’s degree (MPH) in public health and were working in different organization of gov’t & NGOs, GSF on WASH, JSI on Immunization, WHO as SSA in Ethiopia and MoH in Ethiopia in Amhara Region for the last 25 years. I have a Great communication skills; Ability to adapt the change in an organizational culture; Ability to solve problems flexibility; Hard working ;Group work spirit; Self-motivated; Honest; Optimistic;

I do have better work experience with great skill on planning, monitoring & evaluation activities as a coordinator of GSF seconded at ARHB on WASH in the project areas, Immunization TA in Afar Region, Emergency disease preparedness and response, communicable diseases prevention and control program coordinator at Regional, zonal and district level with various working position in different working areas; these are:

1. Global Sanitation Fund in Amhara Region as a coordinator of water, Hygiene and Sanitation from Nov.2019 to June 2020 and contributing a better result to the Regional community;

2. JSC international, in Ethiopia, Afar Region as Regional Measles 2nd doses Immunization and expansion consultant from August 2019 to Nov. 2019;

3. WHO, in Ethiopia, as Emergency surveillance officer, as lead, EPI Surveillance officer, TA on immunization and Polio vaccination Facilitator in Ethio-Somali and Oromia Regions from 17 June 2013 to Jan 2019 for five years and seven months;

4. MoH Ethiopia in Amhara Region as Zonal Environmental Health Expert and WASH coordinator, district health head;

Am interested to leave my work due to less payment and to have more work exposure and experience working with such type of organization to gain better work exposure, experience and share my work experience for better performance of the organization
