Provides expertise and support to clinical staff in partnership with the Medical Director to assure compliance with regulatory requirements related to clinical occupational health operations. This includes worksite injury/illness triage and treatment, workers compensation case management, audiograms and hearing conversation program management, vision testing, urine collection, blood collection, spirometry, respirator surveillance and fit testing, injections and basic first aid.

Employs strategies to streamline and control cost to occupational health clinics. Includes proposing and implementing policies and procedures to make on-site health care delivery cost effective by removal or implementing waste reduction strategies and procedures.

Collaborate with the Occupational Health Manager and outside resources for program development, such as healthcare providers, third-party administrators, legal advisors, medical director, regulatory agencies, etc.
