• Elimination of wooden material from export packaging

- Replaced the existing packaging material with heavy duty corrugated box with gain in cost reduction of 5%.

• Development of bubble bags with self adhesive liner for part Cladding

- To reduce the damage claims and to reduce operational time at the time of packing.

• BS IV Project to develop packaging material

- Developed packaging material especially for long term protection from rust/corrosion.

• Packaging improvements for high damage claim parts

- To develop new packaging ideas for parts like bumpers, radiators, condenser, windshield glass or other fragile parts.

• Prepare SOP’s for the packaging of spare parts and testing of Packaging materials on machines.

• Manage the completion of Packaging testing for new product development and existing improvements.

• Develops and executes test methods, validations and protocols for packaging related developments and projects.

Academic Projects 1. Detergent packaging machines and packaging materials. 2. Packaging of Festive Packs – design, aesthetics and eye catchy Packaging materials/products.

3. Packaging of composite container- material used was corrugated Fiber, metal lid and Plastic cap.
