JOB PROFILE & JOB DESCRIPTION:

> Separate mixture of components by HPLC

Analysis of Chemical properties of Coal (Moisture, Volatile Matter, Ash, Fixed Carbon, CV & Sieve Test) Pulp and sodium sulphate, sulphuric acid, NaOHetc

Environmental Monitoring (Pollution Work including Ambient Air & Gas Analysis, Gas Mixture for H2S & CS2 in CS2 plant, CS2 Estimation, Effluent Water Analysis, ETP Sludge etc)

Water Analysis (pH, Total Hardness, TDS, Suspended Solid, COD, BOD, Chlorine Demand of water, Free Chlorine, Total Viable Count)

Preparing SOP and implementing effective techniques to bring efficiency improve quality standards & achieve maximum cost savings.

MSDS and safety review.

Periodically conducting Internal Audits to assess the status of deployment of systems and take corrective measures for achieving organizational objectives.

Strong problem solving & analytical skills with the flexibility to work cohesively as part of a multidisciplinary team, complimenting the skills of others

Maintaining record of chemicals, reagents, working standard log books.

Process Improvement(In terms of Time and Quality).
