MATERIAL HANDLER Vallourec Star, Youngstown, Ohio, 2019 – Present I am accountable for managing inventory for the threading department, ordering materials just-in-time to follow the production schedule, loading/unloading trucks, distributing materials to each station, and keeping the storage areas organized.

Key Accomplishments

2021: Assisted on the new layout design inside the department to successfully pass our 5S safety walk through. The old staging areas caused blind spots and mobility issues with the fork truck. I suggested moving, reorganizing, and eliminating certain items to allow us to stage material in one central area. This allowed us to store more material at a time and be able to safely access it.

ERP- with SAP EEC 6.0 YSU, Youngstown, Ohio, 2016 – 2017 I learned the configuration of SAP for a global bike company- configuration for financial accounting, cost accounting, procurement, fulfillment, production processes and understanding how different business processes are integrated. I also learned supply chain management with SAP- procurement, consumption based planning, sales & operations planning, material requirement planning with SAP on a snack producing company.
