Main Responsibilities:

In charge of managing the Human Resources Department in Mexico, reporting directly the local Director, as well as HQ based in Miami, creating a Human Resources Department, responsible for designing and implementing a strategy to support the operating income goals of the company.

Achievement highlights:

A considerable improvement was made in the organizational climate, taking the whole organization from a state qualified as Worry, to the state of Strength (measured in the scale of Q12 Gallup). As a result, the company became part of the group of “Great Places to Work”.
