• Direct point of contact for all member needs. Track membership accounts to process resignation requests, downgrade requests, and member account updates. Send and process appropriate paperwork to keep Member files in accordance with auditing guidelines.

• Direct point of contact for all club related issues or concerns. Responsible for communicating with members to ensure the club is always operating at its full potential.

• Manage all club maintenance projects including a full lobby renovation to modernize the overall first impression of the club. Responsible for daily walk throughs of the clubhouse to ensure items are in place and presentable for members and guests.

• Created a new member onboarding program that consisted of a communication strategy across all departments to welcome new members to the club. This included welcome emails, welcome phone calls, new member gifts, and connecting new members with our club advisory board.
