In ACH and Caribbean project, the customer sends a payment file via the GTB File System (GTBFS) mailbox or from ScotiaConnect’s (SC) web-based file delivery service. Upon successful file access validation, GTBFS redirects the file to PC Financial Transaction Management. Based on the setup in PC FTM, PC FTM parses and transforms the file into either SC batch payment messages or PC payments messages. Upon receiving the SC batch payment messages from PC FTM, the SC Batch engine parses the payment messages, stores and processes the messages according to SC rules. In addition, PC FTM will also update the payment information in the system.

Using this module, the subscriber of globe can create a group, add a member (subscribe) to the group, remove member (unsubscribe) from the group, remove group by sending text from subscriber mobile to any of the service in the calling circle. Web sphere process server is used as a middle ware tool for integrate between several telecom systems.

Using the Gateway application, the BO user submits a Deviation Request for approval by the HO. The RO user can see the requests submitted by his branches and can optionally add a recommendation to them on a case by case basis.
