Project Description :

The POS application can be configured to meet different client's demands and expectations. POS, through its configurable options, caters to various retail verticals such as Electronics, Supermarket, Pharmacy and Fashion. The transaction types (Sales order, Sales invoice, Sales return, Advance, Debtor sales etc) available in the system are User specific and only the store manager or the administrator has rights to configure the transaction types to the Cashiers in the store. Based on User access, respective transaction types will get listed for the Cashier. Activity buttons in the Billing screen are also enabled based on the transaction type which further is depend on user access of Cashier so that he/she can perform only designated activity. Activities are the various functions a Cashier can perform in a transaction, for example Void, Price Change, Charges, Delivery and so on. Thus the system can be configured easily to meet various business scenarios. Some of the features of POS are listed as Touch Screen & Virtual Keyboard Interface, Round Off setup - Manual/Auto with limit control, Appropriate Alerts before billing, Search any item, Customized Tax Definition, Discounts by % and amount, Configurable Batch/Serial & Expiry, Serial Number Capturing or Auto Serial pickup based on Item setup, RFID for Product Serial, Handling Loyalty, multiple Promotions, Privilege and Gift Card facilities with single Membership type, Audit Log for each activity and enhanced Day End Report, Multi currencies, Itemized and Categorized Sale Report and QR Code embedded Bill Generation.

Smart Vendor inventory management system that helps to purchase Planning & Order Management. Stock availability for both retail & head office low-stock alert email and prompt reordering reminders.
